- For Digital Products (PDFs and Downloadables)
Purchased directly from Modern Awareness
Because these are digital files delivered automatically and irrevocably, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete and the file has been sent or downloaded.
Technical Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you have any technical issues (the file is corrupted, the download email didn’t arrive, or you accidentally downloaded the wrong file), we are here to help you!
Please write to us at indicating your order number. We will review your case and send you the correct files manually as soon as possible. Our commitment is to ensure you receive the material you paid for in perfect condition.
- For Physical Products (T-Shirts, Mugs, Accessories)
Purchased on Redbubble or Amazon
For these products, we use the technology and logistics of leading international platforms.
Exchanges and Returns:
Any request for size exchange, return due to printing defects, or shipping issues must be processed directly on the platform where you completed the payment, as they hold your money and shipping information.
- If you purchased from Redbubble: Look for the “Help” or “Returns” link in your order confirmation email or at the bottom of their website. They have a very efficient system to resolve these cases.
- If you bought it on Amazon: Go to the “Your Orders” section in your Amazon account and select the option to return or replace the product.
Note: We do not have access to Redbubble or Amazon order systems, so we cannot authorize refunds for physical products from here.
